摘要
[目的]采用反相高效液相色谱法分析噻苯隆-敌草隆混合物,外标法定量噻苯隆、敌草隆含量。[方法]使用Kromasil C18不锈钢柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以甲醇-水为流动相(体积比70∶30)对噻苯隆-敌草隆混合物同时进行定量分析。[结果]噻苯隆、敌草隆标准偏差分别为0.206和0.011,变异系数分别为0.68%和0.073%,线性相关系数值(r)分别为0.9991和0.9998,平均回收率分别为99.34%和99.19%。[结论]该方法是噻苯隆-敌草隆混合物的理想分析方法。
[Aims] An external standard method was developed for the quantitative determination of the mixture of thidiazuron and diuron by RP-HPLC. [Methods] Kromasil C18 column and UV detector were used and methanol- water(70 : 30, by vol) was mobile phase, quantitative analysis of mixture of thidiazuron and diuron was conducted at the same time. [Results] The standard deviation of thidiazuron and diuron were 0.206 and 0.011. The coefficient of variation of them were 0.68 and 0.073%. The liner correlation (r) were 0.9991 and 0.9998. Average recovery of them were 99.34 and 99.19%, respectively. [Conclusions] It was an ideal method for analysis of thidiazuron-diuron.
