摘要
提出用液相色谱法测定敌草隆的含量，选用甲醇＋水作流动相，RP-18色谱柱，检测波长为254nm。本方法的回收率在98．1％～101．2％，标准偏差〈1．132％，变异系数〈2．244％。敌草隆得到较好分离，操作简便、实用，本方法定量分析结果准确、稳定。
The chromatographic column was packed with RP-18, and applied the methanol and water as mobile phase; the diuron was determined by HPLC. The detection wave length was at 254 nrn, the standard deviation was less than 1. 132 % , the variation coefficients was less than 2. 244 %, and the recovery was between 98.1%-101.2 %.
