摘要
将卵巢处于第Ⅱ期的雌性河鳗(Anguilla japonica)随机分成4组,即恒量注射激素组、梯度注射激素组、对照组(注射生理盐水)和空白组;恒量组和梯度组注射鲤鱼脑垂体和HCG,且激素总量一致.检测河鳗发育过程中性腺、骨骼、肝脏、肌肉和血液中钙和磷含量的变化.结果表明,注射激素的雌鳗卵巢中的钙、磷含量逐步升高,血清中钙、磷含量先降后升;骨骼中钙、磷含量明显低于对照组和空白组(P﹤0.05),肝脏中钙明显升高,磷含量无显著变化.当卵巢发育到第Ⅴ期时,恒量组和梯度组河鳗的性腺、骨骼、肝脏、肌肉和血液中钙磷含量无明显差异(P﹥0.05).血清钙、磷含量先下降,然后骨骼中钙、磷也开始下降同时血清和性腺钙、磷升高.表明河鳗的卵巢发育先动用血液中的钙、磷,然后骨骼中的钙、磷通过血液转移到性腺,为雌性河鳗的卵巢发育提供了物质基础.
60 female eels which ovary in 11 period were randomly divided into four groups, constant injection of CPE and HCG; Gradient injection of CPE and HCG; Saline control: injection of 0.7% physiological saline, and blank control. Constant group and gradient group injected total hormone the same. Calcium and phosphorus content changes were detected in bone, liver, muscles and blood during the ovary development. Results show that the calcium and phosphorus contents in the gonads of the treated silver eel increase, while those in the blood serum decrease firstly and then increase significantly. The calcium and phosphorus contents in the bone of the treated silver eel are lower than those in the controls (P 〈 0.05 ), and calcium contents in the liver increase significantly, whereas phosphorus contents are not changed much. When the female ovary developed to the V phase, there are no significant difference for calcium and phosphorus contents in the gonad, bone, liver, muscle and blood serum of constant group and of gradient group( P 〉 0.05). Firstly, calcium and phosphorus content in serum decline, then the calcium and phosphorus in bone also begin to fall and calcium and phosphorus in serum and gonads rise at the same time. The results indicate that the ovarian maturation of silver eel induced by CFE and HCG might involve the mobilization of calcium and phosphor from serum and bone, which are circulated through the blood and transfer to the gonads, to supply fundamental material requirements for ovary development
