摘要
在实验条件下,研究了十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBS)对双小核草履虫(Parameciumaurelia)种群数量的影响.结果表明,较高浓度的DBS对双小核草履虫具有急性毒性效应,其24h-LC50为9.74mg/L;仿生活污水的DBS浓度(0.2~1.0mg/L)和0mg/L中双小核草履虫增长率之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),说明含有1.0mg/L以下浓度DBS的生活污水对双小核草履虫的种群数量增长无显著影响.
In laboratory conditions, the effect in Sodium Dodecylbenzenesulfonate(DBS) on the population quantity of Paramecium aurelia was studied. Results show that the relatively high concentration of DBS on Paramecium aurelia has acute toxicity. The 24h-LC50 for it was 9.74 mg/L. The population growth rate of Paramecium aurelia between DBS concentration (0.2-1.0 mg/L) imitated sewage and 0 mg/L was no significant (P〉0.05). That illuminate life sewage contained DBS under 1.0 mg/L concentration on the population growth of Paramecium aurelia has no significance.
