摘要
阐述了目前电阻测量常用的几种方法,分析了各自的特点以及测量中带来的问题,并提出了一种新的测量方法。该方法消除了由测试环境变化特别是温度变化引起的电路增益漂移以及失调电压变化对测量精度产生的影响,可以用低成本的器件实现高精度的电阻测量。测试结果表明:在5~35℃环境温度、10 mΩ~1 MΩ的全量程范围内,最大测量误差为0.05%。
In this paper,several co mmonly used current method of resistance measurement were analyzed and measurement of their characteristics caused problems,so as to propose a new measurement method.This method eliminates the changes in the test environment,especially temperature gain of the circuit due to changes in offset voltage drift and the impact on measurement accuracy,low-cost devices can be used to achieve high-precision resistance measurements.The results show that:from 5 ℃ to 35 ℃ ambient temperature,10 mΩ~1 MΩ full-scale range,the maximum measurement error is 0.05%.
