摘要
紧紧抓住促进科技与经济紧密结合这一核心,以科技成果转化为现实生产力为主线,是实现科学发展的必然要求。该文通过对北京市、上海市、陕西省、湖北省等地的调查研究,分析了中国科技成果转化及产业化的现状和面临的问题,并提出相关政策建议。
In a bid to realize the integration of technology and economy,it is pivotal to promote the transformation of technological research achievements into actual productive force.The paper proposes some relevant policy recommendations for the government after a comprehensive survey and study on four municipalities and provinces as Beijing,Shanghai,Shaanxi and Hubei.
