摘要
在对科技成果转化和能力模型进行分析的基础上,结合自主创新的内涵,建立了科技成果转化人才自主创新能力模型。该模型包括5个要素:科技成果转化人才的知识结构、科技成果转化人才学习能力、科技成果转化人才团队合作意识、科技成果转化人才创新意识、科技成果转化人才的共同愿景,并采用量表分析和结构方程模型对这些要素的支配关系进行了识辨,按其重要性进行排序。该结果基本上反映了我国科技成果转化人员对自主创新能力的认识,为科技成果转化自主创新人才的选拔和培养提供了决策借鉴。
This article,based on the analysis of the convert of achievements in scientific and technical research（CASTR） and the ability model, considers the meaning of the independent innovation, establishes the independent innovation ability model on the talented person of CASTR, this model including five essential factors： the talented person＇s knowledge structure of CASTR, the talented person＇s learning capability in CASTR, the talented person＇s team cooperation consciousness in CASTR, the talented person＇s innovative consciousness in CASTR, the talented person＇s common prospect in CASTR, and uses the questionnaires and the structure equation model carries on the reorganization of the relationships of the essential factors, carries on sorting according to its importance. This result has reflected the person in CASTR＇s attitude of independent innovate ability, and provides advices on selecting and training the independent innovation ability of the talented person in CASTR.
