摘要 一、引言改革开放30年来,我国的经济发展取得了举世瞩目的成就,综合国力有了很大提升。然而随着居民消费、生活水平的提高,城市人群的亚健康状态逐渐显现出来——研究数据表明,城市居民处于亚健康状态者比例高达70%。快餐式的生活打乱了人体正常的新陈代谢规律,体育运动的逐渐减少直接导致各种疾病的滋生,不良的生活习惯也导致亚健康人群数量的增长。
