凋亡抑制蛋白Livin在食管癌中的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨凋亡抑制蛋白Livin在食管癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测30例经病理证实的食管癌患者的癌组织标本及其相应癌旁≥6 cm的正常食管组织标本中Livin蛋白表达情况。结果癌组织中Livin蛋白表达阳性率(66.67%)高于癌旁正常组织(43.33%),P=0.004。Livin蛋白表达与食管癌的发生部位、组织分化程度相关,与性别、年龄无相关关系。结论 Livin蛋白与食管癌的发生、发展密切相关。
