摘要
频率自动跟踪技术是超声旋转加工的关键技术之一。本文阐述了超声旋转加工过程以及超声旋转加工过程中频率自动跟踪的必要性,介绍了超声波发生器的频率自动跟踪系统在超声加工中的实现方法,即声反馈法和电反馈法,重点分析了电反馈法中的锁相环电路频率跟踪方法,得出结论:锁相环电路能够满足超声旋转加工要求的频率自动跟踪。
Automatic frequency track is one of the key technologies in ultrasonic rotating machining. Firstly the process of ultrasound rotating machining and the importance of automatic frequency track are talked. Secondly the methods to realize automatic track were introduced including acoustical feedback and electricity feedback. The PLL circuit frequency tracking method was selectively analyzed, which is one of electricity feedback methods. Finally, it came to the conclusion that the PLL circuit can satisfy the requirements of ultrasonic rotation frequency automatic tracking.
