摘要
利用裂褶菌Schizophyllum Commune在限氮培养条件下产生的粗酶液对废新闻纸进行脱墨,优化了粗酶液脱墨的工艺条件,并利用Kajaani FS300纤维分析仪分析了酶处理前后纤维形态变化。结果表明:裂褶菌产粗酶液用于废新闻纸脱墨的较佳工艺条件为:pH值6.5,温度60℃,反应时间1.5h,酶用量0.3IU/g。在此优化工艺条件下,同对照样相比,粗酶液脱墨浆的ERIC值下降了95.7mg/kg,白度提高了3.5%ISO。Kajaani FS300纤维分析仪分析显示,粗酶液脱墨浆的纤维平均长度、宽度和粗度变化不大,细小纤维含量减小,纤维卷曲指数降低。
TThe deinking of waste newsprint with the crude enzymes produced by Schizophyllum commune in nutrient nitrogen limited culture medium was studied and the changes in fiber properties in deinking process was also analyzed by Kajaani FS300.The experimental results show that the optimal process condition of crude enzymes deinking is follow:pH6.5,temperature 60℃,treatment time 1.5h,enzymes dosage 0.3IU/g.Under this optimized process condition,the effective residual ink concentration (ERIC) of pulp is decreased by 95.7mg/kg,the brightness is increased by 3.5%ISO.After the crude enzymes deinking,average fiber length,width and coarseness of the fibers changs little,the fines content is lower and fiber curl is reduced.
