摘要 目的加强综合性医院急诊质量控制,促进医疗质量持续改进。方法根据上海市急诊质控标准,对浦东新区19家公立医院2008~2010年急诊运行情况进行质控考核。结果持续急诊质控检查使各医院在急诊管理及急诊技能等方面不断改善,质控质量总体呈上升趋势。结论加强急诊质控管理是促进急诊事业发展的有效手段。建设和发展管理严格、配置合理、技术精湛的急诊队伍是我们努力的目标。 Objective To strengthen the quality control of emergency departments in general hospitals, and continuously improve medical treatments. Methods According to the emergency control standard in Shanghai, we carried out quality control assessment for the running of emergency in 19 public hospitals in Pudong new area between 2008 and 2010. Results Continuous quality control check sustainably improved the emergency management and emergency skills in hospitals. The quality control showed uptrend in general. Conclusions It is suggested promote the cause of emergency by strengthening quality management. Our efforts focus on strict man- agement of construction and development, reasonable configuration, and emergency team with skilled staff.
