摘要
选取城镇化率、二元对比系数、城乡居民收入差异系数以及城乡居民恩格尔系数差异度等指标对安徽城乡一体化发展水平进行评价,结果显示:近10年来安徽城乡一体化水平不断上升,但与东部沿海地区比较仍相对落后,不同地区城乡差距明显,整体转换难度大。因此,必须把握城乡统筹发展机遇,深化城乡二元体制改革,构建完善的城镇体系,推进城乡产业互动融合以及改善农村生活环境,从而推动城乡一体化进程迈入新的阶段。
This article selects indicators of level of urbanization, index of contrast of duality, index of urban-rural income dif- ferentiation and differential degree of Engel＇s coefficient of urban and rural residents to evaluate the level of urban-rural integration of Anhui Province. The results show that the level of urban-rural integration of Anhui Province keeps rising during recent ten years, and recently some regions reach the developing inflexion, but they lag behind eastern coastal areas, urban-rural gap is obvious among different areas, and total transformation is hard. It is necessary to take the chance of urban-rural coordi- nating development, reform the dual system of urban rural area, make up the system of cities and towns, combine the urban-rural industry and improve the living environment, so as to oush the level of urban-rural integration step into a new stage.
