摘要
目的 探讨子宫颈癌的早期癌前病变 ,诊断要点及早期防治。方法 收集 10 8例子宫颈上皮内瘤样病变 ,其中癌前病变 73例 ,原位癌 3 5例 ,通过临床随访和光镜下的特点进行观察和分级。结果 诊断CINⅠ级 3 3例 ,CIN 2级 40例 ,CINⅢ 3 5例。结论 73例癌前病变 ,有 8例CINⅡ级患者在一年内手术后发现为原位癌 ,另外 6 5例癌前病变经 3～ 2 0年随访 ,未发现癌变。
? Objective To research precancerous lesion diagnosis and early prevention and treatment of the cervix carcinoma.Methods 108 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) including 73 cases of precancerous lesion, 35 cases of carcinoma in situ were investigated. These cases were observed and classified according to clinical manifestation and histological features Results 33 cases of CIN Ⅰ,40 cases of CIN Ⅱ,and 35 cases of CIN Ⅲ were diagnosed. Conclusions Among 73 cases of precancerous lesion ,8 cases of CIN contracted carcinoma in situ which were found by operation within 1 year,while others did not during a 3-20 years follow up. 〔
