摘要
目的:观察CD3单克隆抗体激活的杀伤细胞(CD3AK)的体外杀伤肿瘤作用。方法:采用MTT法测定不同时期CD3AK细胞的杀伤活性。结果:培养到第4天的CD3AK细胞已有明显的杀伤活性,第10天达高峰;CD3AK对K562、H7402和MNK45肿瘤细胞的杀伤活性显著高于LAK和NK细胞(P<0.05),对Hela-3肿瘤细胞的杀伤活性略低于LAK细胞。结论:CD3AK是一种广谱、高效的肿瘤杀伤细胞,但它对不同种类的肿瘤细胞的杀伤效应又存在着较大的差异。
Objective:To investigate the tumor kill action ex vivo of CD 3 monoclonal antibody activated killer cells (CD 3AK).Methods:MTT method was used to detect tumor kill activity of CD 3AK during different culture period.Results:CD 3AK of the 4th day had obvious kill activity ,and reached to climax at the 10th day.The kill activity of CD 3AK against tumor cell lines K 562 ,H 74302 ,and MNK 45 were markedly stronger than that of LAK and NK(P<0.05),and a little weaker than that of LAK against tumor cell line Hela 3.Conclusion:CD 3AK is a tumor kill cell with broad spectrum and high effect. But there is great difference for its tumor kill effect beween different tumor cells.
