摘要
目的分析我院一个季度门诊中药处方的情况,使医生能按照《处方管理办法》(以下简称《办法》)正确开具处方,更安全、有效、合理、经济地使用药物。方法选择我院2010年6月至2010年9月间我院门诊处方2738张,随机抽查1000张进行统计分析。结果不合格处方248张,不合格率为24.8%。结论我院医生对《办法》了解不够,存在一定程度的不合理用药现象,临床医师、药师应重视中药处方的使用,确保临床用药安全、有效。
Objective To analyse a quarter of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient service of prescription, make the doctor can in accordance with the prescriptions to manage the way （hereinafter referred to as the＂measures＂prescribing the correct, the more safe, effective and reasonable, economical use of drugs. Methods Choosed from 2010 in June to 2010 in September from 2738 units, random outpatient prescription spot actual situation.The proposal 1000 were analyzed.Results 248 copies, unqualified prescription not percent of pass was 24.8%. Conclusion At the doctor to ＂method＂ know enough, there exist certain degree of not rational drug use phenomenon, clinical physicians, pharmacists, and traditional Chinese medicine prescription should be paid attention to the use of clinical application, ensure safe and effective.
