摘要
以政府通过各级地方工会说服投资方同意设立为主的工会建立方式,虽然比较符合当前外企职工组织化程度现状,但会严重制约外企工会作用的发挥。外企工会要真正成为职工利益的代表者、维护者、实现者,就必须逐渐摆脱对这种建立方式的"路径依赖",转变工会工作的理念,明确自身的职责,加强职工的组织化,走依法维权之路。
Present defects in the system of building the trade union in multinational company seriously impede these functions. In order to firmly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers, it is necessary to do away with path dependence, change the working methods and make the function of trade union definite.
