摘要
针对国内给水泵再循环管路泄漏,采用不同计算方法对机组经济性的影响进行了计算。计算结果表明,再循环泄漏量较大时对机组经济性的影响不能忽略,且随机组负荷的降低对机组经济性的影响随之增大。还提出了验证及判断给水泵再循环泄漏量大小的现场试验方法。现场计算实例表明,对再循环管路泄漏严重的状况,在消除再循环管路的泄漏后对提高机组经济性具有明显效果。
Regarding the feedwater pump recirculation leakage, various calculation methods were adopted to calculate its effect on unit heat rate. It is shown that the effect on unit heat rate can' t he neglected when the recirculation leakage flow is relatively high, and the effect increases with the decreasing of the unit load. A testing method used to verify and quantify the recireulation flow was put forward. It is exemplified that substantial energy saving effect is achieved after eliminating the leakage for a serious leakage situation.
