摘要
目的了解新疆高校在职处级以上管理干部及高级知识分子的健康状况,并探究可行性措施和对策,为高校管理干部及高级知识分子预防保健工作提供依据。方法采用文献调研、问卷调查及个人访谈等方法,以2008年1～6月全疆17所高等院校3 288名在职副处级以上职务及副高以上职称教职工为研究对象,从基本情况、疾病信息、亚健康及心理状况方面进行健康状况分析。结果 (1)36～45岁年龄组的女性颈椎病患病率占首位,男性高脂血症患病率较高,女性肩周炎患病率较高,且部分同时患有2～3种疾病。(2)亚健康症状中,易感乏力占首位(37.54%),其中女性和≤45岁亚健康症状发生率较高;失眠、工作压力大、不锻炼以及三餐不规律者的亚健康身心症状发生率较高。(3)SCL-90评定结果与全国常模比较,躯体化和精神病性因子分高于全国常模(P<0.05);而人际关系、抑郁、敌对和偏执因子分均低于全国常模(P<0.05)。结论新疆高校管理干部及高级知识分子的整体健康水平尚可,但也存在一些健康隐患,工作压力大是影响健康的主要因素,应切实做好预防保健工作。
Objective To understand the health of senior intellectuals and leaders in the colleges of xinjiang province and to explore the feasibility of measures and countermeasures, so as to provide the support for protecting and curing. Methods Through applying the methods such as searching literature, questionnaires and interview, to collect and investigate the basic information, disease information, exercise, life style and psychological conditions of 3288 senior intellectuals and leaders in the 17 colleges of xinjiang province in 2008. Results （1）The prevalence rate of cervical spondylosis was the highest in female and 36~45-year-old age group, the prevalence rate of hyperlipidemia was higher in male,and the prevalence rate of periarthritis of shoulder was higher in female,and someone have 2 or 3 diseases.（2）In the subhealth of physical and psychological symptoms, the incidence of weariness was the highest, about 37.54%, and the incidence of subhealth of physical and psychological symptoms was higher in female and in the less than 45-year-old age group.（3）Compared to the national norm, the somatization score and the psychoticism score were higher; the relationships score, the paranoid ideation score, the hostility score and the depression score were lower. Conclusion The whole level of health of the senior intellectuals and leader in the colleges of xinjiang province is good, but there still are the health problems, the main influencing health factor is working pressure, the prevention and health care measures should be taken.
