摘要
目的 探讨大学教师心理健康状况。方法 应用 SCL-90对 5 8名大学教师进行评定 ,同时与全国常模和 5 2名小学教师对照。结果 大学教师 SCL-90总分和各因子分均比全国常模低 ,除恐怖因子分低于小学教师外 ,总分和其他各因子分与小学教师比较无差异。
Objective To study the mental health in university teachers.Methods The mental health status in 58 university teachers was assessed with SCL-90,and the results were compared to those in Chinese norm and 52 in primary school teachers.Results The total score and all the sub-scale scores in university teachers were lower than the norm.Except the higher score of phobia sub-scale,there were no differeces between the results of university teachers and primary school teachers.Conclusions University teachers had better mental health status than general people.
