反相高效液相色谱法测定昆仑雪菊中绿原酸的含量 被引量:7

摘要 目的建立昆仑雪菊中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:WatersXTerra RP18(150mm×4.6 mm,3.5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸(15∶85),检测波长:326nm,流速:1.0mL/min。结果绿原酸在8.05~120.72μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为101.0%,RSD为3.1%。结论反相高效液相色谱法简便、准确,专属性强,可以用于昆仑雪菊中绿原酸的含量测定。 Objective the content determination method of chlorogenic acid Kunlun chrysanthemum.
