摘要
目的:探讨酒精所致精神障碍违法的特点及责任能力评定。方法:对20例酒精所致精神障碍者违法的司法鉴定进行分析。结果:酒精所致精神障碍者违法的案型以凶杀伤害案居多,个体素质低为饮酒者违法相关的重要因素。结论:广泛宣传饮酒的危害,提高人口素质,戒酒或限制饮酒是减少酒危害的重要措施。辨认能力及控制能力依然是责任能力评定的要素。
Objective：To study the mental disorders caused by alcohol and the responsibility of the illegal features of capacity assessment. Methods ：20 patients with mental disorders caused by alcohol illegal forensic analysis. Results：Mental disorders caused by alcohol - based ease against the law to murder case hurt mostly low quality individuals related to the illegal drinkers important factors. Conclusion：The widely publicized hazards of drink- ing and improve the quality of the population,alcohol or limit alcohol consumption is an important measure to reduce alcohol harm. Ability to identify and control is still the responsibility of the elements of capacity assessment.
