摘要
目的了解社区康复期精神分裂症患者的心理状况,为对其进行适当的心理干预提供科学依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对215例社区康复期精神分裂症患者的心理状况进行调查,并与常模进行比较分析。结果精神分裂症患者在人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病性等因子评分方面高于常模(均P<0.01);首次住院者人际关系敏感、抑郁因子评分高于多次住院者(均P<0.05);女性患者在躯体症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁3个因子的评分高于男性患者(均P<0.01)。结论社区康复期精神分裂症患者存在明显的心理问题,应对其进行必要的心理干预。
Objective To observe the psychological status of patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation period in community so as to provide the psychological interventions for them. Method The psychological status of 215 patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation period in community were assessed by the Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90）. Results Compared with the SCL-90 norm of Chinese, those patients had significantly higher scores （P 〈 0.01 ） in six factors of social intercourse, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoid ideation and psyehoticism. The scores in interpersonal relationship sensitivity and depression factor first hospitalers were higher than those in the multiple hospitalers （all P 〈 0.05）; the female patients were higher than the male patients in the interpersonal relationship sensitivity and depression factor scores （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation period in community still have many psychological preblems which is necessary to carry out the psychological intervention.
