摘要
目的:探讨基于工作过程的教学方法在康复护理教学中应用的效果。方法:随机抽取2个班分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组采用基于工作过程的教学方法。结果:实验组61.7%-91.5%的护生认为基于工作过程的教学方法能够提高护生综合能力。实验组理论及技能考核成绩显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:基于工作过程的教学方法可以提高护生的综合素质和技能,激发了他们的学习兴趣,有利于提高教学效果。
Objective: To explore the effect of the drive-oriented teaching method in marsing rehabilitation teaching.Methods: Two classes were randomly sampled into 2 groups. The drive-oriented teaching method was applied in the experimental group while traditional teaching method in the control group. Results: 61.7% - 91.5% students of the experimental group thought that the drive-oriented teaching method can improve the composite abilities. Compared with the control group, the students' performance of theory and skills examination were better in the experimental group ( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: The application of drive-oriented teaching method can improve the composite abilities, stimulate the study interesting and enhance the teaching effect.
