摘要
针对新型的半主动动力总成磁流变液悬置的磁路结构,利用ANSYS电磁场模块对悬置结构内部磁场进行了有限元分析。分析了不同结构的磁流变液悬置的磁场分布,研究了不同电流激励下的相应响应。通过有限元分析磁场分布,结合电磁场理论知识的理论验证,从而为后续悬置的结构设计提供了有效的依据。
Aiming at the magnetic path structure of a new semi-active power-train magneto-rheological fluid (MRF) mount, the interior magnetic field of its structure is analyzed with the electro-magnetic fields module of software ANSYS. The main works are achieved, which included the magnetic field distribution of MRF mount of different structure and the corresponding response under different incentive current. Combining the theoretical validation of the electromagnetic field knowledge, the results of finite element analysis provide a potent reference for subsequent structural design of the mount.
