摘要
液阻型悬置的隔振性能取决于其内部液体的运动规律。大量研究侧重于解耦盘式液阻型悬置的动力学模型,但对其内部液体的运动规律涉及较少。针对该情况,为阐明解耦盘式液阻型悬置动态特性的作用机理,考虑到解耦盘的状态具有切换特性,采用切换系统理论建立非线性动力学模型,并编写Matlab计算程序对解耦盘式液阻型悬置内液体运动规律进行了分析。分析结果证实了液阻型悬置内液体运动规律与其动态特性的关系,为精确设计解耦盘式液阻型悬置提供了理论依据。
The vibration isolation performance of hydraulic engine mount ( H E M ) depends on themovement of its internal liquids. In lots of researches,m uch emphasis has been put on the dynamicmodel of a H E M with decoupler, but the movement of internal liquids is seldom mentioned. Inconsideration of switching performance of decoupling plate, this paper, based on switching system theory, establishes nonlinear dynamic model to illustrate the mechanism of dynamic H E M , and analyzes the movement of liquids inside a H E M with decoupler by writing Matlab programs. The result proves the relationship between the movement of liquids inside HEM and itsdynamic characteristics, and offers theoretical basis to accurate design of a H E M with decoupler.
