摘要
采用磁力搅拌式水卡计和电位差计、记录仪等二次仪表,组装一套测试装置,介绍了其结构、工作原理及使用方法.利用它测定出许多种煤炭的质量热容,并分析其影响因素.结果表明:煤炭质量热容的大小取决于煤炭固有的物理和化学性质,它随温度、水分、灰分和挥发分的提高而增大,随碳含量的增加而减小.研究积累了完整系统的数据资料,对许多矿井具有应用价值.
A set of test device is fixed by using the hydrothermograph with magnetic force agitator and the secondary instruments including a potential difference meter and a recorder. Also, the structures, working principle and operating methods of the device are introduced. Massic heat capacity of many kinds of coal is determined by using the device. Then the influence factors of massic heat capacity are analyzed. The results show that massic heat capacity of coal is decided on the inherent physical and chemical characteristics. It can increase with the increasing of temperature, water, ash, and volatile etc. But it may decrease with the increase of carbon. The research, with complete data collected, is of great value for many coal mines.
