摘要
从传统服务到知识服务,以读者为中心的服务宗旨没有改变。服务创意主要体现在三个方面:一是建立互动平台;二是突出民俗资源;三是创建专业服务环境。专业服务的创意建设,有利于读者与服务的互动,有利于馆员隐性知识外化,实现服务增值。服务创意,既是读者爱馆的基础,又是图书馆服务效益的保证。
The service aim of readers-centeredness doesn't change, although the mode of library service has been changed from traditional service to knowledge service. The connotation of the innovation for service will be demonstrated by the construction for interactive platform, the integration in culture :resources and the extended function of particular service. The construction for innovation of particular service can realize the aim of the interaction between service and readers, the exteriorization of the librarian's knowledge, the value-added service. The innovation of service is the base and the benefit guarantee for the library readers service.
