摘要
在“一带一路”倡议背景下,跨国界、跨地域的中文文献资源共建共享对中华文化的保存和传承、促进“一带一路”沿线国家及区域间的文化交流发挥着重要作用。面对大量中文典籍不能公开获取、中文资源建设所使用的标准不同以及中文自身的特殊性导致其数据化存在一定难度等问题,海内外图书馆界应该加强交流与合作,借助和发挥整体优势,进一步推动全球范围内中文文献资源的共建共享。
Under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative, the construction and sharing of Chinese literature resources across countries and regions plays an important role in preserving and inheriting Chinese culture and promoting cultural exchanges between countries and regions along the belt road. Facing the problems of no open access to some Chinese classics, the different standards used in the construction of Chinese resources in different regions, and the difficulty brought by the particularity of Chinese itself, libraries worldwide should strengthen exchanges and cooperation to further promote the co-construction and sharing of Chinese literature resources.
