摘要
经过"十一五"期间的建设,公共文化服务体系建设取得了长足发展,覆盖城乡、以基层群众为主要服务对象的网络体系和建设机制初步形成。然而,由于我国公共文化服务体系建设起点较低、基础较为薄弱,仍存在一些问题。"十二五"时期公共文化服务体系建设应围绕"十二五"规划纲要,深刻认识公共文化服务体系在我国全面建设小康社会进程中所发挥的作用,构建公共文化服务体系的内容框架,利用信息技术推动公共文化服务体系的全面发展。
After the construction in the eleventh five-year period, the construction of public cultural service system in China has made great progress, the network system and constructing mechanism which covers urban and rural areas and takes basic mass as major service subjects has been established. However, because of low developed starting point and weak basis, there are some problems in the construction of public cultural service system in China. The construction of public cultural service system in the twelfth five-year period should refer to the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, understand the role of public cultural service system in the process of building well-off society comprehensively, construct the content framework for public cultural service system, and promote the comprehensive development of public cultural service system with information technologies.
