经皮空心螺钉固定及康复训练治疗老年肱骨近端骨折疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨闭合复位、经皮空心螺钉固定及康复训练治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法选择老年肱骨近端骨折患者73例,其中行闭合复位、经皮空心螺钉固定53例,闭合复位、小夹板外固定20例,术后均进行康复训练。结果 73例全部达到骨性愈合,Neer评分评定疗效,小夹板固定组优良率65%,螺钉固定组优良率91%,2组优良率相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论闭合复位、经皮空心螺钉固定具有创伤小、固定可靠、骨折愈合率高等优点,结合术后康复训练,肩关节功能恢复好,是治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的一种有效方法。
