摘要
cases with patellarfracture were treated with percutaneoustransfixion pin internalfixation. The therapy wasapplied within 4 hours afterthe patientssuffered from thefracture orafterthe swelling hasdisappeared.Amongthe 21 casesofcom minuted type,theexcellentcurative effect wasshownin 14 cases,thepositiveeffectin 5 andthe negativeeffectin 2.In the44 casesoftransversetype,they were39,4,and1respectively.Thetotaleffectiverate was95.4 % .The movementofthekneejoint afterthe operationshould be kept within an appropriateangle.
