摘要
采用正交设计法考察了进水量、进水温度、水热处理温度、水热处理时间对载体孔容、比表面、强度、吸水率、酸度的影响。确定了最佳水热处理条件为:进水量150 mL/h,进水初始温度400℃,恒温温度680℃,恒温时间10 h。以最佳水热处理条件对载体进行水热处理并将载体制备成催化剂,对催化剂进行了活性及寿命评价,评价结果表明该催化剂达到了工业参比剂活性及寿命水平。
The orthogonal design method was used to study the effect of water inflow,initial temperature,hydrothermal treatment temperature,hydrothermal treatment time on pore volume,specific surface area,strength,water absorption rate and acidity.The results show that the optimum hydrothermal treatment conditions are as follows: water inflow 150 mL/h,initial temperature 400 ℃,constant temperature 680 ℃,hydrothermal treatment time 10 h.The support treated under the best hydrothermal treatment conditions was used to prepare the catalyst.Then activity and life of the catalyst were evaluated.The results show that the catalyst can reach to activity and life level of the industrial sample.
