摘要
在深入研究全国主体功能区划指标体系基本思路和指标设置的基础上,充分考虑近岸海域的特殊性,提出了近海主体功能区划的指标设计原则,构建了近海主体功能区划指标体系,同时对近海主体功能区划指标体系设置的若干问题进行了探讨。
Based on the in depth studied basic ways and indices of the national index system determination, and considering the particularity of the offshore in China, we put forward the basic principles of determining the index system for dividing the major function oriented zones, and build the index system for offshore major function oriented zoning, while discussing some problems about how to build the index system for offshore major function oriented zoning.
