摘要 辅助性T细胞17(T helper17cell,Th17)是一种新发现的与白细胞介素23(interleukin 23,IL-23)相关的、能够分泌IL-17的细胞亚群,它在分化过程和生物学功能方面与Th1和Th2以及调节性T细胞(Treg)细胞亚群均有不同之处。Th17细胞参与前炎症反应,同时也能诱导自身免疫性疾病的发生。类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是以对称性多关节病变为主要表现的慢性自身免疫性疾病,其病因不明,本文主要描述Th17细胞在类风湿性关节炎中的研究进展。 Th17 (T helper 17) cell, a newly discovered subset of T cells, is associated with IL-23 and characterized by the production of IL-17. The biological function of Th17 are distinct from Thl ,Th2 and Treg subsets of T cells. Th17 cells are involved in the process of pro-inflammation and occurrence of autoimmune disease. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) , a kind of chronic autoimmune disease, is characterized by symmetric polyarticular damages. The etiology of RA was unclear. In this paper, the research progress of Th17 ceils in rheumatoid arthritis was mainly reviewed.
