摘要
为获得五水硫酸铜失水机理的动力学参数,采用差热分析(DTA)实验研究其脱水过程。采用Kissinger和Ozawa方法计算,得到3步反应的表观活化能分别为82.93、66.13、128.13kJ/mol,指前因子A分别为1.27×10~8、1.37×10~5、1.40×10~9s^(-1),采用Crane方程计算得到对应的反应级数n分别为0.93、0.91、0.93,利用反应动力学的分步积分法证实了Crane方程计算的可行性。
The dehydration process of CuSO_4·5H_2O was studied by means of differential thermal analysis (DTA) to obtain kinetics parameters of the dehydration mechanism.Calculating with Kissinger method and Ozawa method ware used,result shows that the dehydration process is divided into three stages,and the apparent activation energies are 82.93、66.13、128.13kJ/mol,exponential factors are 1.27×10~8,1.37×10~5,1.40×10~9 s^(-1),and n=0.93、0.91、0.93 were obtainned by calculating of Crane Equation,respectively.Calculating with Crane Equation is feasible by integral isoconversional non-linear method.
