摘要
采用无模板简便易行的溶剂热方法合成了纳米铜酞菁(CuPc)及其衍生物硝基铜酞菁(TNCuPc)和苯氧基铜酞菁(PhCuPc),并采用电子扫描电镜、XRD、红外光谱及紫外-可见光谱对其进行了表征.结果表明:所制得的铜酞菁及其衍生物产品纯度高,产率大;取代基不同,产物的形貌不同.
Copper phthalocyanines and its derivatives nanostructure had been successfully obtained by a facile ethylene glycol solvent-thermal synthetic route.These are characterized by SEM,XRD,IR,and UV-vis spectrum.It was indicated that the obtained metal phthalocyanines with high yields and purity had the unique morphology and structure.
