摘要
大学生在自主创业过程中会遇到诸多障碍因素。本文以在校大学生为主要调查对象,同时通过对大学毕业的自主创业人士进行深度访谈,探究大学生进行自主创业过程中的主观与客观障碍。研究结果表明,克服大学生创业障碍需要从大学生自身、家庭、学校、政府和社会等方面寻求出路。
Various obstacles will be in the process of undergraduates＇ entrepreneurship.This paper explores subjective and objective obstacles of undergraduates＇ entrepreneurship based on college students as the main object and the four self-employed persons in-depth interview,and the results of the study indicate that overcoming the hurdles of college student enterpreneurship initiation should be based on theo the students themselves,from family,school,government and the society.
