摘要
随着我国社会经济体制改革的深入、高等教育改革的不断深化以及高等教育的大众化、国际化进程的加快,我国大学生就业形势越来越严峻。高校毕业生就业指导工作在整个高等教育中的地位和作用也随之变得越来越突出和重要。分析了当前我国高校在大学生就业指导工作中存在的问题及原因,提出了解决的对策。
With the deepening of our country＇s social and economic structural reform,the reform and popularity of higher education and the quickening of our internationalization advancement,university students are faced with a stern situation in job-seeking.University students＇ career guidance thus is playing an increasingly important and prominent part in the overall higher education.The paper analyzes the problems and causes existing in university students＇ career guidance at present and puts forward some solutions.
