摘要
人们花费巨资,好不容易住上了新房,但却在交付使用后出现这样那样的渗漏问题,从而影响住宅的部分功能和观感,同时也成为大家反映和投诉较多的质量问题之一。文章从一个住宅小区交付五年来业主反映主要渗漏现象进行调查,分析其产生的原因,提出预防和解决的方法。
People spend a huge sum of money on commercial housing,only to find that there are the leakage problems here or there,which certainly influences the functions and impressions of the buildings on people.The leakage problem is actually one of the common quality problems complained by consumers.Based on an investigation to leakage problems in a commercial residential district,in which people have lived for five years,this paper firstly analyzes the causes and then proposes some relevant preventive and solution measures.
