摘要
水利工程是一项耗时长、难度大的艰苦工程，因而水利工程的质量问题也成为了重点关注的对象，在水利工程建设过程中水利施工过程是建设过程中最重要的阶段，工程质量的好坏不仅影响了施工企业的经济利益，而且对信誉也有很大影响，本文就水利工程建设中主要的质量问题做出比较深入的分析，找出原因所在，并提出合理的预防和解决措施，从而从本质上提高工程的施工质量和整体质量。
Hydraulic Engineering is an arduous project which is very hard and usually costs long time, so the quality problems of it becomes very important, hydraulic engineering construction process is a key period in hydraulic engineering project, its quality not only inflect the economic benefit, but also the fame of construction enterprises, This paper analyses reasons of the main problems that exsit in hydraulic engineering project, and raises some reasonable solution, in order to improve its quality from essential.
