摘要
计算机技术和网络技术的迅速发展和普及对图书馆的发展造成了巨大挑战,图书馆用户的类型、用户意识和对信息资源和服务的要求等都与过去有很大不同。文章分析了网络环境下图书馆用户的新变化,并提出了几点应对策略:提倡人本和谐的服务理念,加强用户研究以及优化资源、开拓服务、扩展用户。
It is a great challenge for the library development of the popularization and the rapid spread of the computer technology and network technology. The type of information resources and service demand for users is very different from that of the library in the past. The paper analyses the change of library users in the internet environment and points out the strategy to strengthen the research and optimize the resources and developing services, expand the users.
