摘要
目的研究近视眼的OCT视盘参数特征,探讨近视眼OCT视盘参数改变和青光眼OCT视盘参数改变鉴别依据,为OCT在合并近视的青光眼诊断中的准确应用提供依据。方法采用OCT测量133例近视患者15个视盘参数并分别与屈光度、眼轴、眼压、年龄、性别进行相关性研究。近视眼的垂直杯盘直径比和水平杯盘直径比进行两配对样本的t检验。结果视盘面积和盘沿面积随屈光度的增加而减少。近视眼水平杯盘直径比大于垂直杯盘直径比。男性的视杯面积和视杯体积大于女性。结论近视会引起OCT所测的盘沿面积减少,干扰青光眼的诊断,应仔细加以鉴别。
Objective To research the characteristics of optic disc parameters in myopia and give help to know difference of optic disc parameters' changes between glaucoma and myopia by using OCT. Methods One hundred and thirty-three patients with myopia (133 eyes) were included. The optic disc parameters were measured by OCT. The relation among the optic disc parameters, diopter, axial length, intraocular pressure, and the difference between Cup/Disc Vert. Ratio and Cup/Disc Horiz.Ratio in myopia were analyzed. Results Disk Area and Rim Area decreased while diopter increased. Cup/Disc Horiz. Ratio in myopia was larger than Cup/Disc Vert. Ratio. Man's Cup Area and Cup Volume was larger than female's. Conclusions Both myopia and glaucoma can cause Rim Area to decrease, we should try to distinguish.
