摘要
近年来,随着高校毕业生人数逐年增加,就业难问题越显突出,拓宽毕业生就业门路成为高校毕业生就业工作的中心。毕业生就业门路窄受专业、流向城市、岗位类型等因素的影响。尽管高校在具体开展拓宽高校毕业生就业门路的工作中各具特色。但主要思路却是相似的,即请进来、走出去。针对学生未来的岗位需求,高校就业主管部门还应从就业思想指导、专业课程设置上,推进高校毕业生的就业工作开展。
Recently, employment problem in university graduates is highlighted as more and more coming out of schools. How to widen their employment variety is the core for guiding the prospect for employment. After analysing reasons to the problem from 3 aspects： majors, target cities, and job types, and combining with detailed mearsures in the author＇s college, This paper summarizes main experiences and practices for solving employment problem.
