摘要
目的:子宫内膜癌的发生是一个多基因突变的过程,本文拟探讨Maspin、p63和Ki-67在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测77例子宫内膜癌中Maspin、p63和Ki-67的表达情况,并分析其临床病理意义。结果:子宫内膜癌组织中Maspin的阳性低表达率与组织学分级及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05);p63蛋白阳性表达率与子宫内膜癌浸润深度和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05);Ki-67阳性表达率与子宫内膜癌病理分级呈正相关(P<0.05),淋巴结转移患者中Ki-67阳性表达率也显著高于无转移患者(P<0.05)。结论:Maspin、p63和Ki-67的表达在子宫内膜癌的发生、转移过程中起重要作用,联合检测Maspin和p63可作为预测子宫内膜癌转移及预后的参考指标。
Objective：To explore the significance of Maspin, p63 and Ki-67 expression in endometrial carcinoma. Methods： The immunohistochemical method was used to assess the expression of Maspin, p63 and Ki-67 in 77 cases of endometrial carcinoma in which clinieal]y pathological significance of Maspin, p63 and Ki-67 expression was evaluated respectively. Results： The result of analysis showed that the expression of Maspin was significantly correlated with histological grade and lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）. Expressions of p63 in endometrial carcinoma had a significant correlation with depth of myometrial infiltration and lymph node metastasis.The expresstion level of Ki- 67 was related to histological grade and lymph node metastasis （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Maspin,p63 and Ki-67 proteins are important roles in the tumor agenesis of endometrial carcinoma, so the study of Maspin, p63 and Ki-67 may be useful for prognosis in endometrial carcinoma.
