摘要
子宫内膜癌的发生是一个多种因素相互博弈的过程,而显性癌基因激活和隐性抑癌基因失活又是这些因素重要部分。在分子水平上分析肿瘤的发生已成为研究热点,多基因表达及相关性分析来判断子宫内膜癌恶性程度及临床预后也已得到广泛应用。本文就相关基因KLK4、MDM2、EZH2、RUNX3、CHFR、Maspin在子宫内膜癌表达及其在肿瘤发生发展方面的研究进展作一综述。
Endometrial carcinoma is a multi - factor in the process of each game, while the dominant oncogene activation and inactivation of recessive tumor suppressor genes is an important part of these factors. The investigation of tumor formation has become a hot topic at the molecular level. Multi - gene expression and correlation analysis to determine the malignant degree and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma has also been widely used. This review summarizes the expression of related KLK4 gene, MDM2 gene, EZH2 gene, RUNX3 gene, CHFR gene and Maspin gene in endometrial carcinoma to comprehend the mechanism of the tumorigenesis and growth.
