摘要
近年来有关医疗设备售后服务问题越来越引起社会的关注。我们认为现在普遍存在着对售后服务认识的三大误区:忽视医疗设备售后服务的市场价值规律、忽视医院医学工程专业技术人员的价值和忽视医疗设备售后服务管理政府部门应有的职责,是造成供需矛盾的重要原因之一。
Medical equipment post-sale service question has increasingly attracted attention in recent years.We thought that there are three big erroncous zones to the post-sale service understanding：neglecting the market value rule of medical service,neglecting the value of hospital medical engineering professionals,and neglecting the proper responsibility of management government department,All these will cause contradictories between supply and demand.
