摘要
作者用扫描电子显微镜观察了103个桃品种和3个桃近缘野生种的花粉粒。结果表明,花粉形态能有效地对桃种质进行分类和探讨亲缘演化关系。在桃的三个近缘野生种中,毛桃、山桃和新疆桃的亲缘关系相近,起源于甘肃桃。南方水蜜桃由蜜桃和南方硬肉桃演化而来,南方蟠桃与北方蟠桃亲缘关系较远,起源于南方水蜜桃。桃雄性不育品种存在着两种退化机制。
Pollen grains of 103 peach cultivars were examined using the Scanning Electron Microscopy. The result shows that pollen morphology has important value in studying the origin, evolution and taxonomy of peach germplasm. Peach germplasm can be divided into 3 groups. Amyg-dalus persica, A.davidiana, A.ferganensis, all of them originated from A.kansuensis and are therefore closely related. Honey peach cultivars origined from Mitao and the Southern Firm Peach cultivars. The Southern Flat peach cultivars were from Honey peach. There are two kinds of degenerating mechanism in peach cultivars with sterile pollens.
