摘要 利用RAPD技术对44个桃品种的DNA进行扩增,从200条10 bp长短的随机引物中筛选出22条引物共扩增出256条带,其中多态性带169条,占66%,通过聚类分析,将44个供试材料共分为7类:其中,冬熟独自聚为一类;与大久保有关系的7个品种及早霞露、春蕾、日本红等共14个品种聚为一类;而北京15号、重阳红、红雪桃、秋玉、北京七号与千年红聚为一类;早美与早露蟠聚为一类;筑波84与陇蜜9号聚为一类;垂直桃、甘选3号聚为一类;其余17个品种聚为一类。 The genetic relationship of 44 cultivars of peach was analyzed by using RAPD markers. 22 primers were screened out from 200 arbitrary 10bp-primers,amplified 256 DNA bands, 169 of which were polymorphic(66%). 44 cultivars were separated into 7 groups by using cluster analysis. Dongshu was clustered a group by itself; 14 cultivars induding Zao xialu,Chunlei,Ri Benhong etc were clustered together;Beijing No. 15, Chong yanghong, Hong xuetao, Qiuyu, Beijing No. 7 and Qian Nianhong were in one group;Zaomei and Zao Lupan were clustered together; Zhubo and Longmi No. 9 clustered together; chui Zhitao and Ganxu No. 3 clustered together; the other 17 cultivars were in one group.
