摘要
对少数民族地区基本公共服务均等化的相关理论及概念进行探讨,分析少数民族地区基本公共服务与全国平均水平之间的差距,研究导致差距的体制与政策因素,提出推进少数民族地区基本公共服务均等化的政策建议。
This paper explores the theories and concepts concerning the even balanced basic public services for minority areas,analyzes the gap between the average level concerned of minority areas and other areas,illustrates the causes involved and proposes ways for improvement.
